Typical Installation of Air Cascade System
The cascade system is designed to provide breathing air for probable hazarders gas location. Each system comes standard with inline Check Valves, Gauges, Regulator, Manifold, Low Pressure Alarm and 4 Hansen Quick Disconnects. The unit is easily expanded by adding whips and additional bottles.

The Air cascade system will be of turnkey type, complete as per site condition, fully assembled at site & tested prior to hand over to customer.
All the models carry 12 months warranty on all components including cylinders, fittings, tubing, hoses, valves ….. etc.
Structure will be rugged in nature.
All the high pressure hoses will be of SS 316 tubing or Teflon braided hoses for longer life.
All the fittings of world reputed make.
Control panel will be given as per customer requirement.
The cylinders and panel will all the mounted on a 4” channel steel rack with heavy duty steel straps. All steel will be painted.
All cylinder valves will be on the opposite end from the control panel and have cylinder valve protection that will meet NFPA 1901.
A 4 ft. steel rail section and four ridged clamp sets are to be provided to secure the tanks in place properly spaced.
Any components or fittings necessary for operation, but not mentioned in requirement, will be considered to be included.
The delivery technician will install and hook – up all of the above components at the time of the compressor start-up and test the entire system to full working pressure.
Note :
More or fewer cascade cylinders can be provided by modifying items #1 and #5 above.
 
Options :
Cylinder valve handles are to be covered with a rubber cover.
 
For mobile applications, a valve protector should be installed to meet NFPA 1901.
1. Fixed / Air Cascade System
This type of fixed air cascade system is meant for various installations where H2S, CO2 or any other corrosive gases are available. Fixed system is mainly meant of 3 to 8 cylinder depending upon site condition & site requirement. Fixed system is designed in such a way that they occupied very less space & easy replacement of cylinders & spare as well.
General system is as under.
2. Trolley Mounted Mobile Air Cascade System
JVS has developed 2 cylinders to 4 cylinder trolley mounted system with Haskel booster to refill SCBA cylinder at different location. System can be produced with towing handle. Complete system can be transported with a jeep or fork lift or small vehicle.
High pressure or low pressure air hoses can be set with cart for refining application.
3. Container Type Mobile Air Cascade System
This type system is basically developed for rugged transportation like off-shore application. System will be fixed inside container as per customer specification. This system can also include breathing air compressors, SCBA, H2S monitors, detection …………. Etc to suit site condition.
