Gas lift flow control valves are available in both In Line and angle body configurations with flange, threaded or weld connections.
With a range of trim sizes and materials, these valves use a profiled needle moving into a seat to vary flow area and are suited to providing fine control.
Flow Control Valves have become the valve of choice in many gas lift installations.

Custom engineered microspline trims provide control below Cv=0.01 and maybe interchanged in standard bodies
Low Cv requirements can be met by use of ’Microspline’ trims such as the one shown
