JVS MUD GATE VALVES
JVS Mud Gate Valves are designed and Manufactured to quality standards that give outstanding performance and long service.
DESIGN FEATURES
JVS valves are designed from API-60/75 K, equivalent material to impart high strength under severe working conditions.
EXCLUSIVE SEAT
JVS valve seats are designed for tight shut off. Standard seat material is Buna-N. The rubber provides a pressure responsive seal around the body cavity. The cylindrical seat assembly fits into the body cavity and is expanded outwards towards the valve ports by the bonnet that engages pin extensions from both wear rings impregnated into the rubber.
FIELD REPAIRABILITY
The bonnet, gate and seat can be readily removed for inspection without removing the valve from the line, which permits fast valve servicing without the need of any special tooling.
TESTING
JVS Mud Valves are tested hydrostatically for zero leakage by computerized testing facility. We provide graph for each valve.
