BOP test pump
JVS manufactured BOP test pump are used for high pressure static testing of equipment like BOP stacks, CKM, choke and kill lines, christmas trees and etc. as required.
JVS BOP test pumps are available in skid mounted or in portable style. They are designed by keeping ergonomics, safety and ease of use in mind.
JVS BOP test pump comes with two pumps:
- Low pressure pump with high discharge: Generally used to test the equipment with low hydrostatic test pressure or to fill the test equipment with the test fluid.
- High pressure pump with low discharge: Generally used after the equipment is filled with the test fluid using the low pressure pump and then this pump is used to achieve the required test pressure.
JVS BOP test pump comprised of two pressure gauges one compatible to the low pressure pump and one compatible to high pressure pump. But still having a provision to mount or connect an extra pressure gauge as and when required.

- Rig air supply port
- Hydraulic supply port (also comes with hydraulic tank if required)
- Extra pressure gauge mounting port
- Isolation valves
- Bleed off valves
- Chart-recorder mounting port
- Pressure outlet port
- Non –return valves for pump’s safety
- Chart-recorder mounting stand (if required)
- Air filter regulator and inline y-strainer
- Pneumatic and hydraulic supply ON/OFF ball valves
JVS BOP test pumps are manufactured from the working pressure range of 5000 psi to 30000 psi or as per customer specific requirement.
