High pressure piping
JVS manufactures, supply and install rigid piping at offshore rigs, pressure rated up to 20000 psi with an experienced human resources and appropriate tools and equipment. JVS engineers carrying out design, engineering, work shop fabrication, supply and installation of high pressure piping with all technical support to customer. JVS Engineers is executing pre and post-design and documentation work. Crew composition consists of Site engineer, 6G qualified welder, fitter, grinders, PWHT technician & ASNT NDT level II personal are deployed to execute work at offshore rig.
All equipment's like welding machines, temperature chart recorders, thermocouples etc are rented to rig to execute end to end work. Upon successful completion of project a complete data book consisting of all reports is furnished.
