Glycol injection pump
Glycol is generally used to remove water vapour from natural gas, which helps prevent hydrate formation and corrosion in order to maximise the pipeline efficiency.
The dehydration process is simple, as the wet gas passes through the system, the glycol is injected with the help of glycol injection pump unit which comes in contact with the wet gas. Here the glycol absorbs water from the gas and converts the wet gas into the dehydrated gas.
JVS glycol injection pump unit comes in various configuration which is selected as per customer requirement as mentioned below:
- Fully enclosed stainless steel body
- Open carbon steel frame design
- Glycerine dampened 6: dial pressure gauge as per rated working pressure requirement
